Mobility Recovery is low-intensity movements that promotes blood flow to help your muscles recover quicker. If you are looking to improve your performance or relieve pain or stiffness, it is often more beneficial to take your body through a range of motion than take an entire day off, and this program is the perfect way to do just that.
